Beverly:
Designer Bath

Designer Bath has been opened since 1945. Owned by father and son, Ralph and Jason Sevinor, it is a third generation family-owned business located at 97 River Street in Beverly. It strives to make personal service second to none.

Sevinor’s business started 65 years ago when William Sevinor opened the store in Salem, where it remained for 40 years. According to owner and President Ralph Sevinor, when the opportunity to move to a larger building arose, they took it.

“Service is very important. We sincerely care about helping our customers so we try harder,” said Sevinor.

According to Sevinor, the family aspect of the business only benefits customers’ needs.

“I’m the old school and my son is the new school. My sister works with us as well, so we are able to discuss things and come up with a contemporary style that includes everyone’s input,” Sevinor said.

Peabody:
Bay State Windows

Bay State Windows Fashion is a third generation family owned business dedicated to making its clients’ homes warm and inviting. Co-owners Lisa and Anita Berman strive to assist their clients in creating a comfortable environment.

The store opened in 1980 on 93 Main Street in Peabody. According to Lisa Berman, their top priority has always been to satisfy their customers’ needs for their home.

“Because we are a family, we work well together to help people,” added Berman.

Revere:
Beach Sales

Beach Sales prides its family owned business on the traditional values of honesty, courtesy, great prices and service.

The business, which sells electronics and household appliances, originally began on Shirley Avenue in Revere in 1947. According to business co-owner Alan Belinfante, the move to the present location at 80 VFW Parkway, Revere was to increase the size of the business.

Belinfante explains that the goal for each client is “total customer satisfaction.” He adds that the family aspect of the business allows for a “more personal” and “hands on” atmosphere.

On Thursday and Friday, May 14 and 15, the store will offer discount savings on everything in the store.
