After more than 50 years in downtown Lynn, Henrietta’s, the Hadassah Thrift Store, is closing its doors. Henrietta’s played a vital role in the effort to raise funds for Hadassah’s projects in Israel. Over the past 50 years, the store raised more than $1,5 million to support Hadassah’s hospitals, college, youth programs, reforestation and parks projects.

The last day is March 31,and the store is stuffed with amazing bargains. Henrietta’s is located at 14 Mt. Vernon Street in Lynn. Store hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The store telephone is 781-598-1507.
