Approximately 200 guests filled the Jack Satter House on January 21 for its 2010 installation of officers. Revere Mayor Thomas Ambrosino and Ward 5 Councilor John Powers spoke at the elegant event, which featured cocktails, dinner and music.

Charlotte Bromberg was elected to a record fourth term as president of the Jack Satter House Tenants Association. When presenting her with a certificate of appreciation from the City of Revere, Powers, currently in his sixth term as councilor, joked that she would soon catch up to him. Ambrosino, a longtime supporter of the Satter House, called it “a model for senior housing throughout the country.”

Other officers installed at the event included Joe Young as first vice president, Rose Brown (who chaired the event) as second vice president, Terry Arthur as treasurer, Pat Gerrin as recording secretary and Ruth Goldberg as financial secretary.
